We have now installed over 100 systems.

Steve has become a world traveller. 2 systems have been shipped and we are going down sometime in April to install them. Wow!

Pine Creek School Division selects Remotesat
Our first install in Gladstone Manitoba is slated for Monday Feb 10th with 7 more to follow shortly. May 2003 update... all systems are up and running high speed.

Welcome Cat Lake, Ontario
New install this far north went smooth as silk. Great speed and fast internet for another remote location and we got to meet more great people. News update April 2003. We now have a second system up and running at the Cat Lake Power Utility.

New Satellite up and running G4R
Great news! Our installs on the new G4R Satellite have been going well. Signal strength on this new bird is nice and stable and the speeds are fast as ever. This allows us to service Canada even better than before in areas of weak signal.

School Divisions choose Remotesat for Direcway Service

Toronto and Montreal Installations in Feb 2003
We have installed more systems in Toronto recently as well as Montreal. Ask Steve about airline travel sometime. :)

Off to the Yukon! Again in 2003
November 3rd 2002 we installed a system near Whitehorse, YT. Photos are on the site now on Page 8 and in Misc. Travel Photos. 2003 we are going back to Whitehorse for our second install in mid May. Install went great! Photos soon.

DW 4020 Now available!
The Direcway DW4020 Terminal is now available. Check out the specs on the Equipment link off the Home Page. With this equipment you do not need a USB on your computer and it is now compatible with NT, Unix, Macintosh and other operating systems.

Guatemala November 23th
Yes... we are looking forward to our latest install in Guatemala this month. Stay tuned for news about this as it unfolds. Dish has been shipped and we are planning the install for this week. System is installed and running fine.

One week Toronto... the next Alberta Nov 2002
Steve is getting in his fair share of travelling these days. Next week he is off to Toronto for a couple of installs and from there to Alberta for a few installs. Rumours are from there back to the Yukon

DW 4020 Updates
At this point the speeds of the new DW4020 are disappointing. At present we are seeing speeds that are about one half of what we are getting day to day with the 4000. We are working actively with Hughes on this issue and will keep you posted here.

Manitoba French School Division Chooses Remotesat
Great news! We have installed systems for pilot projects in 3 schools for the Division scolaire franco-manitobaine Included is wireless networking between two schools. Installations are complete and working great!
